The Range of D.I.Y. Metal wall-beds consists of the following:

• The single Bed, known as the Sky model.

All these models are made up of mild steel, with square tubing and round tubing, once welded they are epoxy coated to the colour you have chosen within the offered range.

How does D.I.Y. Metal fold away bed work?

• It operates on a very simple but effective system, without any mechanism, unlike the Murphy bed.
• Once installed correctly against the desired wall, it is a very easy system to operate.
• When the bed is no longer desired to sleep on, all you need to do is lift the bed, or beds up, and the self closing mechanism does the rest, to ensure that your bed or beds stay up, in a locked position.
• When the bed or beds are needed again for sleeping, all you need to do is pull the release button on the side, and guide it down with your other free hand.
• The beds are fairly heavy, as they are built with durability in mind, and should therefore only be operated by adults, or in the supervision of adults.
